Under the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and the Ruler of Dubai, along with the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) announced a significant initiative aimed at elevating the quality of life for citizens and strengthening social cohesion in the Emirates.

In a remarkable development, MBRHE introduced 136 contemporary residential villas, sprawling across an impressive 728,510 square feet in Dubai’s Al Warqaa Fourth district.
